Terms and Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY

We want to provide you with facilities that ensure your stay is comfortable and relaxing and accommodate you the best we can, consequently, we would like you to understand what will happen if you cancel your booking.  Your booking is for a specific date(s) and period of time, once confirmed, cancellations will result in liability for payment in accordance with this policy.  Where bookings are cancelled, less than 7 days prior to arrival, the 1st night's base rate tariff, specific to your booked cabin/site, will be charged to your credit card. Guests who fail to arrive on the designated day or by 10.00 am the following day will still be charged for the full amount. By guaranteeing your booking with provision of your credit card details you are entering into an agreement with us that binds you to the terms of this policy. Failure to disclose all relevant information or comply with these terms may lead to termination of the agreement & loss of the booking. Tariffs are not refundable if you choose to shorten your stay.

 

CREDIT CARD PROCESSING

Please note that your credit card will only be processed, if required, in accordance with our cancellation policy.  Full payment for your booking is required on arrival prior to your stay.  No booking is guaranteed to be available without the provision of credit card details at the time of the booking.
