Lake Anderson Caravan Park Facilities

If you're a little tired of all the fabulous pubs, restaurants and wineries of the region, or just want to save a little money (or the pub's closed), feel free to use our free barbeques and cooking facilities in our heritage camp kitchen.

Feeling sociable? Fancy a yarn with your fellow travelers? Or just want to get warm and stare into a fire & contemplate the road. Well, you're in luck, we have a lovely communal fire pit that guests and friends are more than welcome to use (subject to any current fire restrictions). BYO drinks, nibbles and wood, or feel free to join communal firepit nights (most Wed, Fri & Sat nights) when we light up and invite all park guests.  

We pride ourselves on our spotless and well maintained amenities block, well positioned for easy access and replete with recently renovated toilets and showers for those with lowered mobility, plus baby change facilities.

Our laundry, situated opposite the ladies toilets and carefully guarded Ned Kelly, includes three coin operated washing machines, two dryers, ironing facilities and clothes lines.    

Who still reads hard cover books these days? Well, we do, and we love to share, so feel free to pinch or preferably swap a book from our little book exchange located near the Ned Kelly statue (in between bank heists and shoot outs with the constabulary Ned loved nothing more than to settle down with a nice hot cuppa and a good book).

Hey all you dirty dogs - we also have a coin operated dog wash facility adjacent to Lake Anderson and our unpowered sites.  $10 (coins, notes and/or tokens) gives you ten minutes with nicely heated to (33 degree) water to scrub your pup clean & fresh (before he/she inevitably finds & rolls in dirt).  Tokens and change are available from reception.
